如入沙漠荒蕪之地 尤其off-track部份 更是一片荒原 景觀粗獷 岩塊崢嶸 河谷深邃 兩岸山崖嶙峋 卻保有原始原貌的火山地行 欣賞與否 全在個人
剛進入Tukino Access Road就感受到寬廣宏偉景觀 看到Mt Reapehu的雄姿
今天天候不佳 沒法看到Mt Nagruhoe雄姿
驅車前往登山口 沿途崎嶇不平 坑洞無數
沿途景觀 如沙漠地行
at the start of the Round-the-Mountain track
沿途非常空曠 會經過無數個streamline
高山植物
“Lahar” warning sign - a good view of the Lahar gully (Whangaehu Valley) and the refurbished swing bridge which was badly damaged during the last Lahar outburst
